Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service are a placeholder agreement between STORK (“Stork,” “we,” “us”) and you or the organization you represent (“you”) for use of the STORK material tracking platform and related websites. Replace this draft with counsel-approved terms before relying on it commercially.
1. The service
STORK provides software tools for construction material tracking, collaboration, and related workflows. Features, availability, and pricing may change. Pilot and paid plans are described on our Pricing page and in your order or subscription documentation.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Project admins control who is invited to a project and what roles they hold.
3. Your content
You retain rights to project data and content you upload to STORK. You grant Stork a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content you provide.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse STORK, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for risk to the platform or other customers.
5. Fees and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed as described at signup or in your agreement (for example, per project per month). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Placeholder — align with Stripe billing and Pilot policies in the final terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
STORK is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Stork’s aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service will be limited as set out in the final legal agreement. This section is placeholder only and must be reviewed by counsel.
